We would like to introduce Spetech Plant Equipments Pvt.Ltd, a Heavy Engineering Shop, as a sister concern of M/s Neo Structo Construction Ltd, an ISO9001 Company, who are well known in Indian Mechanical Construction Industry. Our fabrication shop is approved by ASME & ISO9001 Certification. Our factory is located at Sachin 20kms from Surat, having an area of 45000Sqm, and capacity to manufacture about 12,000MT per annum including 2000T of Pressure Vessels. Our Shop is equipped with the following facilities / infrastructure. a) 2000 Sqm of Closed Heavy Shop with 40T EOT Crane b) 60T Gantry Crane having a Span of 25 mtrs . c) 80mm thick plate bending machines d) 10000 Sqm of Open fabrication facility e) Full fledged NDT facilities f) Unlimited Mobile cranes ranging from 10T to 200T. h) Experienced manpower mobilisation depending upon shop loading and nature of jobs We have rich experience for the last 20years of fabricating various pressure vessels, heat exchangers, reactors, columns, offshore decks, process skids, HRSG & WHR modules, etc for our esteemed customers at their project sites and also at our workshop. All these jobs have been executed in full compliance with the international standards and stringent inspection requirements of renowned consultants like EIL, KPG, PDIL, MECON, LRIS, BV, Bax Counsel, TPL, ABS, DNV, IBR, Bechtel, Kellogg's, Foster Wheeler, UOP, Snamprogetti, etc. Spetech Plant Equipments Private Limited was established in 1996. Our mission is to cater to our discerning customers for high in-built quality & timely delivery products, as per the international standards and inspection requirements which we are already familiar with. Spetech is supported by common management of Neo Structo whose reputation is well established over the years having worked with reputed Indian & multinational companies. We can also carryout detailing / fabrication drawings based upon customer/ consultant drawings & specifications. Our fabrication shop is fully equipped with all the NDT facilities including the Dark Room, inspection & testing instruments required during various stages of fabrication.
