EMU is controlled by one union council, our procedures for rough/uncut diamonds and GOLD Dust is buyer come down here in Guinea for the geological pre analysis on the diamonds specification offered, after the primary evaluation, buyer or buyer's representative pay 7% Tax before the material is exported and accompanied by our representative.
