Attested Copy of Import License with Upto date renewal from Licensing Authority. 3. Attested Copy of Pan Card 4. VAT Registration Number & valid Tax Clearance Certificate. 5. Revised Schedule M compliance Certificate attested by a competent authority 6. Non Conviction Certificate from drug controlling authority for last 3 Yrs with affidavit in the prescribed proforma from a First Class Judicial Magistrate. 7.
