We are one of the leading Independent Steel Service Centre (SSC) in India. We serve an important function as an intermediary between primary metal producers that generally sell large volumes of limited sizes, configurations and end-users that require efficient services and economical quantities of customized products. Our service portfolio includes specialized processing and finishing services viz. Slitting, Cut to Length (CTL) and Pickling for Hot Rolled (HR), Cold Rolled (CR) and Cold Rolled Galvanized Painted (CRGP)) Flat steel, according to customer specifications. We have two Steel Service Centres within a radius of 50 kms each at Khopoli and Taloja in Western Maharashtra, 70 kms from Mumbai. Presently our processing lines of Slitting and CTL services are based at Khopoli and Manual Pickling services at Taloja. Facilities We have two existing service facilities located in Western Maharashtra at: a) Khopoli. b) Taloja. Khopoli facility - Our steel service centre at Khopoli is spread across an area of 80936 sq. mtr. We carry out the process of Slitting, Cut to Length, Profile Gas Cutting. The total installed capacity of the steel service centre is 901,935 TPA. Taloja Facility - Our facility in Taloja is spread across four units covering an area of 5270 sq. mtr. Presently, we carry out manual pickling operations at our E-6/1, M.I.D.C Area, Taloja, facility. The proposed Hot Rolled Pickled & Oiled (HRPO) facility of 150,000 TPA and Cold Rolling Mill (CRM) facility of 30,000 TPA will be established at Unit E-6/1 and Unit E-19 at Taloja, respectively. We have successfully completed our capacity expansion project during the period FY2008 & FY2009 by enhancing the processing capacity to 901,935 TPA from 480,000 TPA at Khopoli. We offer them all sizes, grades and standards of raw material procured from various ISPs and further raw material processing according to their specification. We are a multi-product steel processing company with a service portfolio including Slitting, CTL and Pickling. Presently our offering includes product for thickness ranging between 0.3 mm to 8.0 mm and a maximum width of up to 2,000 mm for CR Coils, HR Coils.
