Transparent light green liquid, low dosage: 40-100Kg steel or iron only costs 1 Kg JSJ-808
Process Flow:
Degreasing-water washing-acid washing-blacken-water washing-saponification-anti rust oil soaking
Process Condition:
1.Blacken process
JSJ-808: 1 portion (as per weight)
Water : 4 portion(as per weiight)
PH: 2.5~3
Time: 3-8 minutes.
2. Saponification
Soap liquid 3-5%, under temprature 90-100¿, lasting time: 1-3 minutes,
Notes:
This product can only be hold in non-metalic holder, as plastic barrel. It is natural if there appears some white precipitant after JSJ-808 used for some tine.
