The robust foot switches are generally used in the engineering industry, e.g. on presses, punching and bending machines as well as in sheet-steel processing. Applications for the plastic KF range switches include use on laboratory apparatus, in the electro-medical area and on textile machinery. Design and mode of operation: All the foot switches are available in versions with multiple pedals. 232 range switches are mounted with a shield to protect against unintentional actuation. KF range foot switches are available with a choice of reed contacts, mirco-break switches or Hall sensors. They have the protection class IP 65 or 67.
