Kukreja Brothers is an authorized distributor of Den Braven make of various plastic sealants. The assortment of plastic sealants offered by us includes Zwaluw Butylene-X, Zwaluw Roofplast and Zwaluw Tixoplast.
Zwaluw Butylene-X: High quality, durable range of plastic sealants that is based on polybutene and vegetable oils. It can be easily applied without any spot formation and forms a paintable skin on the surface.
Applications:

Used as a glazing compound for single and double glazed units in pretreated wooden, metal and concrete window frames in combination with metal fixtures

Used for connections and sealing of joints in stone, concrete, pre-treated wood etc. without demands for the mechanical strength
Zwaluw Roofplast: This variant of plastic sealant is a high quality fibre strength bitumen based sealant. It is specially used for roofs, gutters, chimneys etc. with a good adhesion to many materials even on non sucking damp surfaces. These are easy and fast to apply.
Applications:
- For sealing repairs on roofs, gutters, chimneys etc
- As adhesive for shingles
- For connections and transits
Zwaluw Tixoplast: This is a universal, durable sealant and adhesive based on bituminous and selected elastomers with excellent adhesion to many materials, even non sucking damp surfaces.
Applications:
- Used as an adhesive for bonding insulation sheets
- For sealing repairs even under damp circumstances
- For sticking of bituminous roofing and sealing joints and seams with roof ledges, domes, transits, chimneys, drainage-canals etc
