Product Description
JSJ-411 is a kind of compunded room temprature phosphorization liquid, including various accelerant. Phosphorization film can meet China GB-6807 standard. JSJ-411 stll can be used as coating layer which can enhance adhesive capability between products and coatings, also it is with good corrosion resistance performance.
Compunded from:
JSJ-411 bath solution JSJ-411A phosphorization agent
JSJ-411B accelerant, JSJ-411C neutralizing agent
Standard Process Flow:
Degreasing-water washing-acid washing-water washing-surface conditioner-treatment-phosphorization-water washing-drying
Bath solution ingredients(as 1000 liters)
*water-----80% of the total volume for the work liquid
*Add 50-60 Kg JSJ411A into bath solution, and then slowly add 10-14 Kg JSJ-411B, well mix round;
*Add water into solution until it reaches the total volume;
*Heat until the temprature reaches as required and test acidity;
Increasement (100 liters)
Total Acidity: 1 point increasing when adding JSJ-411A 5-6
