Felt Ring Buffs Made of felt permanently mounted to tapered wood mandrel, which is drilled for tapered spindle. Felt Combination Buffs Wheel buff and inside ring buff are mounted on wood mandrel so that outside and inside of the rings can be polished with out changing buff. Also includes Solid Felt Ring Buff, Large Pointed Felt Cones, Felt Combination Buff, Size: 3", 4", 5" Density: Medium, Hard Note: Other sizes can also be made as per order.
