SHAHI-CHIYA (SHCH) was founded in June 2005 as a Limited Company for Tourist Investments Community Development in Northern Iraq, specific in Kurdistan / Erbil Governorate and soon opened five branches in all the north Iraqi governorates with all Companies Registration rights as per the rules of law and regulations. This enabled us to work in all the Iraqi governorates and outside the country as well. SHCH was established by Mr. Aysar A. Abdulla, who has more than 25 years of strong experience in various business activities both in government and non-government contracts and highly skilled professional employees who assisted in the companys rapid enhancement and development in various sectors such as community development, Tourist Investment and Trading. The founders found that the natural beauty of Kurdistan could be an attractive factor for tourism investment and started investments in that region. In addition, the company started getting strong support from the Council of Ministers and almost all ministries along with the Women Union. SHCH started extending its network outside of Iraq in the first quarter of 2006 to due to the abnormal situation in several areas in Iraq and located its first foreign office in Amman, Jordan, which is the best neighbouring country and fits perfectly to start the trade work. The following are the main trading activities that the company performed. Import thousands of vehicles from European countries and export to all over Iraq, especially Kurdistan. Facilitate major development projects in different sectors (Construction, Industrial, Electricity, Agriculture, Health, etc.) by introducing famous and biggest companies to these projects and providing them all materials and logistics support. In 2007, as part of our continuous development, SHCH started supplying different commodities and products needed locally and internally by obtaining directly from the suppliers throughout the world.
