We, Asian Steel Industries, are one of the leading manufacturers, exporters and suppliers of CAST STEEL GRITS. CAST STEEL GRITS are manufactured in-conformity with standards IS-4606 / 1983, sae-j827, bss & din. Three types of CAST STEEL GRITS as under - 1) GP CAST STEEL GRITS with normal hardness ranging from 47-52 hrc. The edges diminish with time. 2) GL CAST STEEL GRITS with hardness ranging from 53-58 hrc. The edges diminish with time and become round after few operations. 3) GH CAST STEEL GRITS with hardness ranging from 59-63 hrc. Used for marbal & granite cuttings and finishing. Being hardned the edges remain sharp throughout the process for longer time. Chemical Composition of our range is as follows: C : 0.80% - 1.20% Mn : < 1.25% Si : <1.1% P : <0.05% S : <0.05% Hardness : 40-63 HRC Micro Structure : Tempered Martensite Density : > 7.0 g/cc Grades : G-12 (1.70mm) G-14 (1.40mm) G-16 (1.20mm) G-18 (1.0mm) G-25 (0.6mm) G-40 (0.4mm) G-50 (0.3mm) G-80 (0.18mm)
