All-glass solar water heater heat pipe is one of our patented products. There are two vacuums in an all-glass heat pipe, the one in the inner tube and the one between the inner and the outer tube. The inner tube absorbs the solar energy, which is transferred to heat. The temperature in the inner tube rises up and the transfer fluid in the inner tube vaporizes. The vapor rises up to the condenser where it transfers the heat to the water in the tank, so the vapor loses its heat and condenses, then flows down to the bottom of the tube. Such a circulation will continue as long as the sun shines.
