Cleaned PTFE Encapsulated O-ring for vacuum, biological and semiconductor applications For demanding applications such as chemical resistance and applications that require sterility considerations, we can offer a fluoropolymer sheath surrounding an elastomer ring. The fluoropolymer can be a tetrafluoroethylene propylene copolymer (FEP) or a TFE coplymer with perfluorinated ether (PFA). The elastomer can be a fluorocarbon (FKM) or silicone (VMQ). We can clean them so that they are suitable to use immediately in semiconductor, vacuum and pharmaceutical applications.
