Delhi - Agra - Delhi
The tour includes a visit to Agra from Delhi and back. The duration depends on plans of our guests. It could be short term as well as long term. Agra is best visited during the months of July to March. Summer time is not favourable for the visitors to visit Agra, especially who are coming from cold countries. People from all over the world come to Agra only to take a glimpse of the Taj, one of the Seven Wonders of the World.
The monument is a masterpiece and a symbol of art and love. Taj Mahal is a poem in white marble which took 22 years to build by 20,000 skilled artisans who inlaid the white marble edifice with precious and semi precious stones.
After a visit to the Taj, you proceed for a lunch to a Restaurant.
Agra Fort is another place to visit in Agra. One gets an amazing view of the Taj from the Agra Fort.
Please note that "Taj Mahal is closed on Friday".
Delhi - Agra - Fatehpur Sikri
Day 01: Drive to Agra. Visit the Taj Mahal, the architectural wonder of the world. This monument is a fine example of the fusion of many architectural styles. After visiting Taj Mahal, you are taken to restaurant for a lunch.
The tour continues with a visit to the Agra Fort from where one can get the most moving view of the Taj from the little octagonal tower in the Agra Fort which lies across the river Jamuna.
Here the tour terminates and you are transferred to your hotel for overnight stay. (Please note that Taj Mahal is closed on Friday)
Day 02: After breakfast at the hotel an excursion to the ghost city of Fatehpur Sikri built in red sandstone is an example of robust stability combined with originality. Each important edifice here represents a type by itself. Notable among them is the Diwane Khas, Punch Mahal, the Tomb of Salim Chisti, and the Buland Darwaza. Later return to Delhi, stopping midway for refreshments.
