Outline of acrylic processing aid(PA),type: PA-828 HELITM HL-228 developed by our R&D Center is general purpose acrylic processing aid which has a high molecular weight. its basic function is to improve the process performance of PVC and promote the fusion of PVC. products advantages: 1.faster fusion 2.good compatibility with PVC resin 3.lower dosage and higher efficiency 4.improves surface glossness of PVC final products. application field: as PVC processing aid,HL-228 is mainly used to produce PVC opaque products,like PVC profile,PVC pipe,PVC sheet and PVC foaming products etc. recommendation usage:1.0-1.5phr per 100phr PVC resin. packing:20kg /bag PP Valve bag with PE liner. Remarks:our HL-228 is equivalent to PA-828.
