Specialized chemical compound for latex rubber bands

Our new product to be launched by April 2011 in the Indian Sub-Continent includes Specialized Latex Rubber Bands Chemical compound for higher filler loading, with improved strength and elasticity of the final product. The main advantage of using this product is - 1. There is no further compounding needed from manufacturers side. Since the product comes in a complete Compound form. 2. No external heat source needed for curing (vulcanization). Since bonding occurs naturally. There is a saving of heat source and labor. 3. Fluorescent or metallic colors could be used in this process. Because earlier fluorescent colors were limited for pre-vulcanization process, which was a tedious and a long process with a lot of wastage. 4. Filler loading could be increased by 8 to 10% in rubber latex compared to normal loading providing the same strength and elasticity and ultimately gives higher production.
